The cleaners at The Line Cleaning did a wonderful job on my house. The shower has never looked better, and they took their time to clean every nook and cranny of the rest of the house to perfection. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a local business.

I received a quote for a $280 cleaning, approved it, and explicitly confirmed all the details including the scope of work, cost, and scheduled time. I even went out of my way to accommodate their last-minute request to change the date to Sunday at noon, cleared my schedule, and provided detailed gate instructions. Because of this, I completely wasted an entire day sitting around waiting for cleaners who never bothered to show up.

On the day of the appointment, they never showed. I tried reaching out via text asking if they were still coming and looking for an update, but my calls and messages were completely ignored.

To make matters worse, when I messaged their business page on Messenger later that day, they initially replied asking how they could help, clearly having no clue who I was. The exact second I reminded them that I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for noon, they stopped responding and ghosted me completely.

If they needed to reschedule, they should have told me. If they needed to increase the price, they should have told me. I was willing to accommodate any issues but they just completely ghosted.

They are completely unreliable, show zero communication skills, and are a total waste of time. I have attached screenshots of our entire conversation confirming the booking along with the complete lack of response on the day of the service to back this up.
